永泰一开始是以瓦煲鸡饭起家,至今已经有超过30年的历史。从最初由老一辈坚持使用炭火慢煮瓦煲鸡饭,到如今由儿子接手继续经营,两代人用心传承着这份熟悉的味道。每一煲瓦煲鸡饭都在路边的炭火上慢慢烹煮,米饭粒粒分明,不会过湿,还带着微微焦香的锅巴,让人一试难忘。
随着时间的推移,永泰也不断发展,除了经典的瓦煲鸡饭外,也加入了招牌碳烤鸭等美食。我们依然坚持使用传统炭火烹饪方式,让食物保留最原始的香气与风味。三十多年来,永泰不仅是一家餐馆,更承载着许多顾客从小到大的味觉记忆,也希望把这份传统与美味继续传承下去。
Yongtai started as a claypot chicken rice restaurant and has a history of over 30 years. From the older generation’s insistence on slow-cooking the chicken over charcoal to the current son running the business, two generations have diligently preserved this familiar flavor. Each pot of claypot chicken rice is slowly cooked over charcoal by the roadside, resulting in distinct grains of rice that are neither too wet nor too soggy, with a slightly charred crisp at the bottom—an unforgettable taste.
Over time, Yongtai has also expanded, adding signature dishes like charcoal-roasted duck to its classic claypot chicken rice menu. We still insist on using traditional charcoal cooking methods to preserve the original aroma and flavor of the food. For over thirty years, Yongtai has been more than just a restaurant; it carries the taste memories of many customers from childhood, and we hope to continue to pass on this tradition and delicious flavor.
